Delinquent home loans
A Mortgage Bankers Association report Thursday said 7.58 percent of all residential mortgages were delinquent by at least one payment as of the fourth quarter of 2011. That was down from 7.99 percent in the third quarter of 2011 and 8.25 percent in the fourth quarter of 2010. The survey covers about 88 percent of all home loans.

As we speak, the Obama administration are going after the bill collectors that are attempting to recoup money from the people who have not made house loan payments and appears as though some of the persons are not even making payments on homes valued in the $700,000.00 range. No question in my mind, homes in the higher range, purchased houses they could not afford in the first place.
